HELLLLOOOO NURSE!!

Was browsing thru DA the other day & found page, he had alot of very awesome artwork from Yu-Gi-Oh & thought his artworks looked familiar. We talked & I soon realized he was the original artist of some of the artworks I saved from another user. I asked if I could vectorize one of his old works & he agreed to let me do the one her DMG is cosplaying as a Nurse.

Doing the outline was easy this time since I can use big thick outlines in some parts since that's how he originally sketched it. As for coloring, I originally planned to use DMG's color swatches but it didn't fit very well. Instead, I drew inspiration from one of the original nurse monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh, Injection Fairy Lily. I even made the background similar to Lily's card art background.

I colored the zipper red to give it a unique look since Deserter-project's original sketch didn't have any color there. I placed my signature on the plack DMG's holding so that my sig doesn't feel pasted randomly (w/c ironically still does).

Hoping that like this so he may allow me to vectorize his other works in the future.
